I must say, It’s pretty nice.

It checks to see automatically what city you’re in, the temperature outside, and the time.  Also, if you don’t like the initial choices, you could ask for a re-shuffle and see what pops up.

Even if it’s not something you’re really into or you don’t drink, the site concept is still way ahead of the curve.  It’s laid out with clean lines, tight format, good graphics, and really nice built in functionality.

It definitely worth the 5 minutes of your time.

Did some minor tests and was satisfied with how it responded to those tests.

So the next day I go to setup some sub-directories completely independent of my core installation.

And the 403 errors start rolling in.   Permissions Denied.

Turns out, the changes the plugin made to the .htaccess file and various file structures and directories, completely locked down the site and couldn’t add another thing.  At least with the simple approach and methods anyway.

My opinion of the plugin just went up a little.

However, it’s not for the casual blogger.   Most people are not savvy enough to install the application properly (let alone follow the directions), but just wouldn’t make the jump of, “Hey my site’s locked down” with “I installed a security plugin”.

Even I had my moments of idiocy (caveat:   I’m sure I have more than ample stupidity is other areas, just ask my wife, but tech stuff is not one of them).

Word to the wise – RTFM.

This wide dynamic range allows HDR images to represent more accurately the range of intensity levels found in real scenes, ranging from direct sunlight to faint starlight, and is often captured by way of a plurality of differently exposed pictures of the same subject matter.
